Eva Bloom Soulmate Sketch is a fully digital service. Nothing is physically shipped to you. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains exactly how delivery works, what to expect, and what to do if you don’t receive your order on time.
How Delivery Works
Once your order is complete and payment is confirmed through ClickBank:
- You’ll immediately receive an order confirmation email from ClickBank with your receipt.
- You’ll fill in the short form with your name, date of birth, gender preference for the sketch, and any optional questions.
- Eva begins the intuitive psychic process — meditation, tarot, astrology, the sketch and the written interpretation.
- Within 24 hours (often much faster), your complete Eva Bloom package arrives in the email address you provided.
What You’ll Receive In Your Email
- Your personalized hand-drawn soulmate sketch (high-quality digital file)
- Your 3-card tarot love reading
- Your astrological compatibility insight
- Your written psychic interpretation
Everything is in standard digital formats that open on any computer, tablet or phone. You can save them, print them or share them however you’d like.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery: within 24 hours of order completion. Most clients receive their package within 12–18 hours. Orders placed late at night or on weekends are typically delivered first thing the following morning.
There is no expedited or rush delivery option — the 24-hour window is already faster than virtually any comparable psychic service.
If You Haven’t Received Your Order
If more than 24 hours have passed since your order and you haven’t received your Eva Bloom package, please:
- Check your spam/junk folder first. Email providers occasionally route us there.
- Check your promotions or other inbox tabs (Gmail especially).
- Confirm the email address you provided at checkout was spelled correctly. A typo is the #1 cause of missed deliveries.
- If none of the above resolve it, email support@eva-bloom.co with your order details — we’ll resend immediately.
Refund Policy — 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every Eva Bloom order is backed by a full 60-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your sketch and reading for any reason within 60 days of your original order date, we’ll process a complete refund.
How To Request A Refund
- Email support@eva-bloom.co within 60 days of your original order.
- Include the email address you used at checkout and your ClickBank receipt number (or order date).
- You don’t need to provide a reason — we honor the guarantee without interrogation. Feedback is welcome but optional.
- We’ll process your refund within 1–5 business days.
How Long Refunds Take
Refunds are processed through ClickBank, our payment partner:
- Credit/debit card refunds: typically 3–5 business days, depending on your bank
- PayPal refunds: usually 1–2 business days
- Some banks take up to 10 business days to post the refund — this is on the bank’s side, not ours
What Is NOT Eligible
- Refund requests submitted more than 60 days after the original order date
- Requests for products not purchased from eva-bloom.co (counterfeit copies sold elsewhere are not our products)
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team (please give us a chance to help)
International Orders
Because Eva Bloom is fully digital, our service is available worldwide. Delivery times, prices and refund processes are the same regardless of your country. Pricing is shown in U.S. dollars; your bank will convert to your local currency at the time of purchase.
Lost Or Corrupted Files
Once delivered, your Eva Bloom files are yours. We recommend saving them in at least two places (e.g., your email plus a cloud drive) so they’re always accessible. If you accidentally lose access within 30 days of delivery, email us with proof of purchase and we’ll resend at no charge.
