I haven’t received my sketch yet.

Sketches are delivered within 24 hours of order — usually faster. If it’s been longer than 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder first; some email providers route us there. If it’s still missing, email us with your order details and we’ll resend immediately.

I want to request a refund.

Eva’s reading is exactly as she intuited it, so we don’t edit or revise interpretations after the fact. We’re happy to clarify the meaning of specific phrases if anything is unclear.

Can I order a gift for someone else?

Yes! At checkout, simply use the recipient’s name, birth date and gender preference instead of your own. We can also customize the delivery email if you’d like — just email us before or after ordering.
